This is one of Dr. Robert Young's favourites. Combining water and avocado with green vegetables and grasses creates a thick and healthy smoothy.
Recipe
- 1 cup of alkaline water
- 1 avocado
- 1 bunch of mixed green leafy vegetables including collard, chard, spinach, silver beet or swiss chart or kale
- 1 small handfull of seaweed or kelp
- 1 shot of wheat grass juice
- 1 avocado
Blend the ingredients and drink straight away.
