A recipe from Recipe Zaar, Spring Cleanse Vegetable Juice is a nice way to enter spring in a healthy state of mind with a very healthy body. We have changed the recipe a little, as you don't want to discard the carrot greens.
- 4 carrots, greens included
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
If you are going for a super cleanse discard the carrots but keep the carrot tops. You can also substitute ginger for the garlic.
