Plenty of vegetable juice recipes on the Soy Quick website. Just substitute cucumber with whatever fruit they suggest.
We like the Simply Green and the Spinach Surprise:
Simply Green
- 2 stalks of celery
- 4 large spinach leaves
- 1 half cup parsley
- 2-3 inch round of wheatgrass
Wash greens thoroughly, cut up celery and juice. You can dilute this juice with ΒΌ cup of water if it's too strong.
Spinach Surprise
- 5 carrots
- 6 spinach leaves
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 turnip
- 4 sprigs of parsley
Wash everything, peel the carrots, cut into sections where needed, and juice.
