This is a must when I am next in San Francisco.

Want to know a bit more about these guys?

Matthew Engelhart started training in the being of abundance in 1984 and today he is skillful at being able to keep his attention on all there is to be grateful for. His presence inspires us to be present to the endless beauty and bounty of life. What he shares isn't positive thinking, it is about developing the ability to go beyond our own petty wants and desires to connect with the grandeur of all of life.

Although there is no solid evidence that his wealth is a result of his practice, he is willing to invest his assets into sharing this abundance practice with others around the world. He is a successful business man, loving husband, father of two and most importantly a man who celebrates and loves seeing others open up to receiving more than they could ever imagine.

The Bragg family are an incredible American health institution.

Paul, and his daughter, Patricia, have been health pioneers for decades. When the 'engineered fast food' products of science and industry had captured the attention of most Americans, Paul Bragg campaigned for a diet and lifestyle that focused on natural live foods and a healthy regime for a vital and long life. These ideas, based around natural and organic foods, are gaining praise and acceptance world-wide.

The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle Motto: "You are what you eat, drink, breathe, think, say and do".

Paul was a Health Crusader from the age of 16 when he got his health back and vowed to be a crusader for good health. Patricia carries on promoting and encouraging people to take charge of their lives and health. She is a shining example of the Bragg way to vibrant health. These pages are dedicated to Paul, Patricia and their friends and associates that continue to make the Bragg Healthy Lifestyle a positive force helping people to a longer, healthier, happier life.

Go to their website, read their books and marvel at these pioneers who were so far ahead of their time. Their stuff is easy to digest and a lot of fun.

Organic Guide

A wonderful website and a real must visit for anybody serious about their health.

Organic Guide was first published in 1987. At that time, it was a simple double-sided two-page document containing information and tips on organic gardening. Distribution of Organic Guide was limited to the South Western suburbs of Sydney, Australia where it was sold at local fetes and fairs. Work on a revised and updated Organic Guide commenced in mid-2005. A decision was made to open the publication to an international audience. And for this purpose, the domain name, www.organicguide.com was acquired.

Please visit their site. It is well worth it.

Most of us are aware that the balance of nature is in peril. 1/5 of all mammals and 1/3 of all bird and fish species face extinction. Our water, air and food are being poisoned and everywhere from the Himalayas to the Antarctic temperatures are rising and ice is melting. Many genuinely care about the planet and each other but feel powerless to make change. There’s a design flaw in the system that keeps us fighting against each other. At VoiceYourself we start from a place of shared interest. VoiceYourself is a communication hub that promotes simple organic living through conscious consumerism, the sharing of ideas and information, as well as encouraging peaceful civil disobedience.

What we buy, eat and use to fuel our homes and cars have a giant impact, not just a personal one. We can’t keep feeding the beast, the heavily subsidized industries destructive to the well being of Mother Earth. VoiceYourself promotes and supports eco-friendly companies that help us get off the grid and leave a lighter footprint. The beast also controls politicians and mainstream media. VoiceYourself shares the news they don’t see fit to print. Our bulletin boards are the core of the VoiceYourself community where we can hang out, talk and share ideas. When we come together and join our voices in a chorus, we can create real change.

Dedicated people are out there fighting the good fight. VoiceYourself honors these heroes, highlights their actions and invites others to participate in their efforts. Come join us at VoiceYourself where we believe that through our collective support of green companies, mutual education and community activism we can, in Gandhi's words, "be the change you wish to see in the world."

Superfoods

The Food Matters team discuss some of the world's superfoods:

Superfoods are a category of foods found in nature, they are superior sources of essential nutrients - nutrients we need but can’t make ourselves. We all may be adding more salads and vegetables to our diets, but concern for the quality of foods grown on mineral depleted soils makes superfoods popular. They are nutritionally more potent then regular foods and are wonderful food sources of anti-oxidants for healthy healing. Superfoods are nutrient dense and calorie sparse.

They identify the following as superfoods:

  • Wheat grass
  • Barley grass
  • Wild blue-green algae
  • Spirulina
  • Chlorella
  • Green leafy vegetables
  • Royal Jelly
  • Bee Pollen
  • Propolis
  • Nori
  • Kelp
  • Dulse
  • Arame
  • Wakame
  • Kombu
  • Nettle
  • Aloe vera
  • Echinacea
  • Ginseng
  • Goji Berries
  • Raw Cacao
  • Maca
  • Acai
  • Coconuts
  • Coconut oil
  • Noni

Food Matters is all about providing you with access to solid information on nutrition and natural healing.

We believe that with access to solid information people will invariably make better choices for their health and their family's health.

After travelling the globe interviewing the world's leaders in Nutrition and Natural Healing we have acquired a mass of footage explaining the finer details of nutrition and treating disease naturally. Understandably there is only so much we can fit into our 80 minute feature film so with the rest we are working on developing online learning programs.

These online learning programs will cover each of the major illnesses discussed in the film and some not yet covered at all. They will included Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Depression, Mental Illness, Obesity and also information on preventing illness and maintaining Optimum Health.

If you have purchased a DVD or signed up for our newsletter you will be notified when these programs are released.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us get this message to the world.

About Cancer Angel:

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2007, just two days before my fiftieth birthday. Rather than go the conventional route of mastectomy followed by chemo and/or radiation I chose to seek out an alternative way to heal my body and on November 6, 2007 was pronounced cancer free. This blog is a continuation of research that I am currently doing regarding the importance of eating alkaline foods and drinking alkaline water for your overall health. For more information regarding my upcoming book and other resources please visit my website at www.cancerangel.com. Peace and Blessings to you! Kim
